Welcome to FlashPaws online store! We have tried to make the store easy to use and navigate. If you

SECURE ORDERS: If you select the secure online order method the information you provide is encrypted to prohibit viewing by others using an SSL secured server provided by our hosting company. If you'd rather order offline, choose the offline ordering process to create an order form to fax or phone to (713) 896-8484 or mail to us with your check or credit card info at

the address shown on the order form.


USING OUR STORE: Clicking a product category in the menu will display items in this category along with a short description and photo of each item. Some items require you to select a product option such as size or color. Enter the quantity and options (if any), then click the "Order Now" button once to place an the item in your shopping cart and show you the current contents of your cart. Here you have the choice to"Keep Shopping" or "Checkout". You can also change your cart contents by adjusting quantities or deleting items. You can view the contents of the shopping cart any time by clicking the Shopping Cart menu item.


PAYMENT METHODS: We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, personal check or money order in US funds. Your credit card will not be billed until your order actually ships. A sales tax of 8.25% is charged to orders sent to Texas. Returned checks are subject to a $25 processing fee.


SHIPPING RATES AND METHODS: Domestic orders are shipped by U.S. Mail. You may request Overnight, 2-day, or 3-day service for an additional charge. If you want one of these services, make a note in the Comments section of the request form. If you wish to be called or e-mailed with a price for the special shipping services before we process the order, please indicate that. Alternatively, you can indicate that you approve additional shipping charges up to a certain amount.


Canadian and Overseas orders: Our online store does not calculate shipping costs to destinations outside of the US. We will contact you via e-mail with the shipping cost before processing your order. You will have the opportunity to accept or decline at

this point. Any charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.


RETURNS AND GUARANTEE: We want you to be satisfied and enjoy using your FlashPaws products. If you are unhappy with

anything you purchased from us, and it is in new (unused condition) you may return it for a refund, or exchange it for another item. (DVDs and CDs must be unopened.) If a product is defective, please call or e-mail us so that we can replace it.


YOUR PRIVACY: All information you provide to us during the order process is strictly confidential. We do not sell or rent any information about you to outside organizations.
